Due to new USDA regulations all final sales require some type of Face to face transactions (Definition of FACE-TO-FACE1 : within each other's sight or presence face-to-face> face–to–face consultation) and transfer of pup also has to be done person to person. This transaction can be handled anywhere so if this requires travel, this travel and all basic costs gas and lodging any major expensive for the pup incurred in travel back and forth will be in addition to the price of the pup.
Sorry to have to add this but you may Thank the USDA for this as I will not raise my puppies in an outside kennel according to some government regulatory puppy mill set up. My pups are reared indoors and are socialized and cared for I do not sell to Pet stores nor do I sell to research facilities or for circus acts.
If you are seeking a good companion dog you may also want to check out American Brittany Rescue or NBRAN Brittany Rescue as There are plenty of wonderful Brittany's in both programs that have been evaluated for temperaments and how they get along with other animals and such and are in dire need of a loving family.
